Splashpower originated in Cambridge UK as an applied research and engineering company focusing on magnetics, power electronics and thermal solutions.  Along with Fulton Innovation, Splashpower was an early entrant in the development of the wireless power industry.  Fulton Innovation acquired Splashpower in May 2008 consolidating the wireless power efforts and leveraging the brand to develop the advanced micro-hydroelectronic  generation technologies featured today.
